To use the platform, you must connect a compatible crypto wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet and private keys. We do not have access to your funds or wallet credentials, and we cannot recover lost funds or access.
If you upload images or audio, you confirm you have the right to use and share the content. Content may be stored on decentralized networks (IPFS). We do not guarantee permanent availability of uploaded media.
All wishes and related data are publicly accessible. Messages may be viewed by anyone. Wallet addresses may be visible. Content cannot be removed once recorded. Please use discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information.
Anyone can create a Public Moment — a shared space where others can add wishes. By creating a Moment, your wallet address is recorded as the host. Moments are public and permanent. The platform may introduce optional fee sharing between hosts and the platform in the future; any such features will be clearly disclosed before activation.
We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Wishes already sealed on the blockchain remain accessible regardless of platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternal Wishes is not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse resulting from use of the platform. We are not responsible for blockchain network issues, transaction failures, or third-party services.
Your use of Eternal Wishes may involve third-party services such as crypto wallets, blockchain networks, and decentralized storage providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their behavior.
You retain ownership of the content you create. By minting a wish, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content within the Eternal Wishes interface. The Eternal Wishes brand, design, and code are the property of the platform creators.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
